New Monthly Tipz! I’m back but instead of weekly, it’s proably gonna be more like monthly.This time i talk about a simple strategy for the holiday season. Why you ask? Because like it or not, too many people are gonna be fatter by the end of this year. Let’s not do that. You know, to be honest, there’s no secret or magic trick to any of it. It just comes down to a mindset, a simple plan and some stick-to-it-ness. Exercise can help but not more than focusing on nutrition during the next couple of months. Watch the video. It’s a brand new year and i’m back with shorter Health & Fitness Video Tipz this year! Do me a favor, please help me spread the word. I am calling them “SHORT & SWEETS”. This week i talk briefly (2 minutes or less) about the issues with the “pick me up” snack or drink. It all comes down to the fundamentals. Do them well consistently and the rest will typically fall into place. Let’s take better care of ourselves this year. I will help the best i can :)

New Weekly Tipz! How bout a recap on the most important obstacle to conquer when working towards any goal(s): The truth. Do not avoid the truth. It’s best to just swallow bitter pills right from the start. The more i work with people the more i see clearly…do whatever it is that you know you should be doing but aren’t and most likely things will improve. And if you don’t know what they are, it’s ok, help is available. All you have to do is seek it out.

So here we go, New Weekly Tipz for 2013! Today i talk briefly on why exercise is NOT more important than diet for anyone wanting to lose body fat. Focus your precious energy on the food & drink you put in your mouth. Exercise won’t save you until all that is on a much better path. And keep this in mind, don’t just make small changes and expect the world from them. It don’t work like that. However, do start slow and aim to finish strong. Changing habits with food means you get to “practice” that habit multiple times a day. Besides exercise only burns off what fat you already have on you. It’s smarter not to put any more body fat you on in the first place. So by eating smarter you can actually start to burn off fat by creating a “deficit” without having to exercise all day, every day.
