Here is a simple yet very effective home workout for anyone that is a bit more experienced and has access to a Barbell, or 2 Dumbells, or 2 Kettlebells, or a 45lb weight plate. It’s a little flow they call a “Complex”. It’s basically a series of exercises done altogether for a greater training effect. I’d recommend 5-10 reps for each movement for 2-5 sets.
