Boost the Immune System with a Daily Walk!

There is no vaccine or medicine to get rid of this virus and there won’t be anytime soon. I don’t say this to scare anybody but to emphasize the importance of taking good care of our health right now. Obviously, staying home is the best thing most of us can do. Besides that, get plenty of rest. Eat well. Stay positive. Don’t over-exercise. Don’t over-work. Just chill. In today’s video I recommend daily waking. Walking outdoors is obviously the best option. Nothing too intense. Aim for 30min each day. Why? It promotes a healthy immune system and reduces stress. Everyone should know that if or when we do get sick, the only thing we can really do is ride it out… unless an emergency situation arises. Riding it out means the only “driver” in the car is our immune system. Don’t delay.
