These two seemingly different topics actually have a lot in common. The most obvious being what most financial and fat loss experts agree on as enemy #1 – eating out (too often). In the fitness/nutrition world we often refer to this as “restaurant roulette” because the tendency is to over-consume AND over-spend. It may make great sense to pair these up if there is a desire to improve only one. Who doesn’t want to have more money and less body fat? When possible, always go for the “win/win”.
