STRENGTH TRAINING with 2 EXERCISES (Part II)

Last week I demonstrated three short, simple full body resistance training workouts using only 2 exercises for each. This is part II of last week. The point of all this is to 1) emphasize the importance Strength Training for adults 2) Demonstrate how short AND simple it can be 3) Inspire others to do something. Sure, we could all do nothing. But each of knows that is a really bad option. Why Strength Train? It helps with everything, literally. Fat loss? Yes. Muscle Gain? Yes. Heal from an injury? Yes. Improve health? Yes. Improve durability and usefulness? Yes, yes. Improve bone density? Yes. Improve chances of living happier longer. YES. You don’t need to exercise long or extremely intensely.
