A year is not that long. Neither is a lifetime. If there are things you desire, go after them. Do remember that Health is the ultimate investment because nothing much else will be enjoyed without it. Why not start today? Start with quality rest…a minimum of 7 hours, preferably between 10:30pm-sunrise. Walk more, a lot more. Drink plenty of water.
