Pull-ups are not easy for many. They take work. They are by no means necessary for health or longevity but they sure can help. And yes, women can do pull-ups too. For anyone interested, I recommend finding a regressed (doable) version and “practicing” variations of that daily in a patient and intelligent way. Think months not days or weeks. @lookitsgeorgia makes it look easy. #blueskystrongbox
