New Weekly Tipz! This week i demonstrate a single total-body exercise. I like this particular one because it has a lot of carry over to the real world. All you need is a medium weight dumbell. There are many great exercises out there. The most important thing to remember is that you choose the right one for your goal(s) and make sure to learn(and practice) correct form always. New Weekly Health & Fitness Tipz! This is a broad reply to the many various health, nutrition and fitness questions that i receive on a regular basis. Keep things simple. Figure out where you are and where (exactly) you would like to go. Then find the most appropriate path to get there. Educate yourself. Be consistent with whatever it is you need to do. Focus on doing the big fundamentals well. P.S. There is a small little bonus clip at the end :)
