It’s a brand new year and i’m back with shorter Health & Fitness Video Tipz this year! Do me a favor, please help me spread the word. I am calling them “SHORT & SWEETS”. This week i talk briefly (2 minutes or less) about the issues with the “pick me up” snack or drink. It all comes down to the fundamentals. Do them well consistently and the rest will typically fall into place. Let’s take better care of ourselves this year. I will help the best i can :)
