New Tipz Video! It’s been a while but i’m slowly geting back to my Weekly Videos.This time around i plan to keep them ALL under 1:30 in length. Just enough to briefly motivate and hopefully educate. Spread the word. This week i talk about SLOWING down while doing most exercises to help better control the movements. Quality is always more important than Quantity when it comes to exercise!
