Finally a new Weekly Tipz video…so this week i talk more about Interval Training. I do my best to give a brief overview, along with 3sample workouts (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced). I always try to keep these videos under 3 minutes. But it’s next to impossible with certain subjects. I hope you understand. Finally, this week’s Tipz Show…Pay Attention. Unless you are injured or a beginner, STOP doing slow-low-intensity cardio lasting 45min-1hour and STOP walking “gently” around the neighborhood or wherever. It’s not helping you burn body fat and probably not doin much for your heart and lungs either. Do research on what… is called “Interval Training”. Is it harder?, YES. But it’s also shorter, better for you and worth your while! Here i give you an advanced example…
