On this Week’s Tipz…i talk a lil bit about “Protein Drinks” (aka Protein Powder/Meal Replacements) and how they’re used for gaining muscle, as well as losing body fat. Most importantly, always try to get as much out of REAL FOOD before even thinking about using a “Supplement”. Afterall, supplements are not REAL FOOD! Supplement (noun) – Something added to complete a thing, make up for a deficiency, or extend or strengthen the whole.

This Week’s Tipz…I know we’re all busy. Life gets that way sometimes. So i just put together a very simple 10 minute workout using 3 rather simple exercises that you could do just about anywhere. Not necessarily a workout for major improvements, but more for maintenance of basic movement patterns. Simple and effective. So do it… No Excuses :)
